Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which are primarily creative and digital, we cannot offer refunds once a project has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider refunds or partial refunds if:

  • Significant Breach of Contract: If we fail to deliver on a specific, agreed-upon deliverable or significantly deviate from the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or severe global events, we may offer partial or full refunds as deemed appropriate.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the incident or delivery of the final product. Your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Refund requests are subject to our discretion and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of each case.
